Indication

Stress, tiredness, sleep.

Posology

1 to 4 capsules by maximum day, out of meal.

Composition

By capsule:
  • L-tryptophan: 200 Mg
  • Microcrystalline cellulose (stockbroker): 80 Mg
  • Anti-binder (Mg stearate): + - 5 Mg
  • Capsule (dietary fibre): + - 90 Mg

Special precautions

  • According to medical opinion in the event of pregnancy, of breast feeding or catch of antidepressant (IMAO)
  • To preserve at dryness and the ’ shelter of the sun.
  • Ideal temperature of storage: 15-25 °C.
  • To respect the amounts advised by day.
  • Cannot replace a healthy and balanced food.
